Our Process (How It Works)

All Claims USA’s process is simple, thorough, and designed to be as straightforward and hassle-free as possible for our clients. We’ve had years to hone our knowledge of the claims process, and we’ve also put our time and energy into making sure that our process is as painless for you as possible! Below are the typical basic steps taken for most claims, however, there could be other steps we help with along the way and we also handle claims that go to appraisal, denied claims and those in various situations, so don’t hesitate to call us for a consultation!

    Contact us! We’ll review the incident, the type of claim you’ll be making, and the potential damages. Depending upon the type of damage involved, we may also guide you to take immediate steps to reduce further damage—this helps ensure your claim is settled properly.

    Review your insurance policy. We’ll make it as easy as possible for you, so you can email, snail-mail, or fax it—or even drop it off at our offices in person. Our adjusters can then review your specific coverage of the type of damage sustained, in detail.

    We’ll contact your insurance company in regards to representing you as a public adjuster. We’ll happily do the heavy lifting for you here—we’ll acquire and file the necessary paperwork so that we can properly represent you.

    We’ll work with you to schedule a convenient time to inspect and document the damage to your property, including taking precision measurements and documenting the evidence with photographs, in order to write up a true, accurate estimate of your damages. Our estimates are professionally done using the industry leading software called Xactimate. We also meet with the insurance company’s adjuster that has been assigned to your claim and work to reach an agreed scope of the damages.

    We’ll meet with the adjuster the insurance company has assigned to your claim. We’ll provide them with our expert account of the damages you’ve suffered, with convincing supporting documentation, in order to reach an agreement on the scope of the damage.

    We negotiate on your behalf with your insurance company. We work with you and the insurance company to reach a just, fair settlement based on the coverage you’ve diligently paid for and the damages your property has sustained.

    Once again, we streamline things for you by taking on all of the necessary documentation and paperwork to officially file your claim for the insurance company’s final review, so that they can approve your settlement payment.

    Almost done! We finalize the payment with you. If you’d like, we can also provide you with some professional referrals to assist you with the repairs and replacements your property needs.
