The client found water damage in their 4 year old daughter’s room, and contacted their insurance company.  They sent their restoration company out who wrote an estimate for $2,500 after the deductible. The insurance company asked the client to agree and sign a release of claim for the $2,500 and the claim would be closed. After contacting All Claims USA Public Adjusters, and using a different restoration company, we found out our house was really damaged. The new and correct settlement amount was awarded for $68,000.
